Deposits & Withdrawals
Balances are held in Australian dollars, so what you deposit is what you play with. Withdrawals are processed seven days a week and verified accounts are usually paid the same day.

Getting paid out
Withdrawal requests are reviewed as they arrive, seven days a week. A verified account withdrawing to PayID is usually paid within the hour; the delay on cards and bank transfers is your bank's, not ours.
Weekly withdrawal limits start at A$10,000 and rise with your loyalty tier, to A$150,000 at Legend. A single win above your weekly limit is paid in instalments across consecutive weeks — no cap is applied to the total.
Verification, once
Australian law requires us to verify who you are before paying out. Doing it when you join rather than when you first withdraw is the single biggest thing you can do to avoid a hold-up. You will need:
- Photo ID — driver licence or passport.
- Proof of address dated within 90 days — a utility bill or bank statement.
- Proof of payment method — a card image with the middle digits covered, or a bank statement header.
Documents are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. You will get an email either way, and if something is unreadable we will say exactly what to resend.
Why a withdrawal gets held
Almost always one of three things: the account is not verified, a bonus is still active, or the withdrawal is going somewhere other than where the deposit came from.
That last one is a legal requirement, not a policy choice — funds return to their source wherever possible.
