Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you get it back or corrected. Written to the Australian Privacy Principles.

Have this reviewed before launch. The text below is a working draft written to the right structure and reading level. It is not legal advice, and bracketed values must be replaced with your registered details. Have your gambling-law adviser approve the final wording.

1. Who handles your information

The website operator is responsible for the personal information collected through this site. If you have any questions about how your personal information is handled, please contact us using the contact details provided on this website.

2. What we collect

  • Identity: name, date of birth, address, and the ID documents you provide.
  • Contact: email address, phone number, and your marketing preferences.
  • Financial: payment method details, transaction history, source-of-funds evidence.
  • Gameplay: wagers, sessions, game history, and responsible gambling settings.
  • Technical: IP address, device and browser details, and cookie identifiers.

3. Why we collect it

To open and operate your account; to verify your identity and age as the law requires; to process deposits and withdrawals; to detect fraud and money laundering; to provide support; to meet our regulatory reporting obligations; and — only if you opt in — to send you marketing.

4. Who we share it with

Payment processors, identity verification providers, game suppliers, our regulator and law enforcement where legally required, and IT service providers who host and secure our systems. We do not sell your personal information.

Some of these providers are located outside Australia, including in [OVERSEAS JURISDICTIONS]. Where information is disclosed overseas we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

5. How long we keep it

Account and transaction records are retained for at least seven years after your account closes, as anti-money-laundering law requires. Marketing preferences are kept until you change them. Self-exclusion records are retained for the duration of the exclusion and afterwards, so the exclusion can be enforced.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure site performance and, where you consent, to measure advertising. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to your account; essential cookies cannot be switched off because the site will not work without them.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so use a unique password and do not share your login. We will never ask for your password.

8. Access, correction and complaints

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or complain about how we have handled it, by emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

9. Marketing

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time in your account settings or by using the unsubscribe link in any message. It takes effect immediately and does not affect your account. If you self-exclude, we remove you from marketing before the exclusion begins.
